Good Grief, What's Happening to Our Girls?

Most girls start out strong in life – they score higher in reading and writing, they tend to make friends more easily, and they have stronger verbal skills.
 
But as they approach adolescence, girls start to struggle. 
 
Their mental health declines, their risk of sexual assault skyrockets, and they spend their days wading through a toxic soup of hypersexualized media that destroys their self-esteem.
