At Your Workplace

There’s strength in numbers—and in forward-thinking companies that are committed to social responsibility and achieving gender equality in Canada.

The Foundation is grateful to have many long-standing partnerships with companies that are helping to move women and girls out of violence, out of poverty, and into confidence and leadership.

Companies can get involved in many ways:

Partner with us: We partner with companies in many industries across Canada that care about achieving gender equality. Your company can create a powerful legacy by providing long-term support for the Foundation’s work nationally, or by supporting the area of our work that best aligns with your strategic giving objectives. No matter what your corporate social responsibility goals, partnering with the Foundation creates the kind of measurable and long-term impact that will resonate with your stakeholders.

Host a corporate event: Looking for a great way to engage your employees around gender equality and make a difference in the lives of women and girls? Your company or corporate team can hold a fundraising event on behalf of the Foundation. Get ideas and register your event.

Launch a cause-marketing campaign: If your company wants to walk the walk on gender equality, get in touch with us. Together we can create a plan that engages your target audience, builds your brand’s profile, and impacts women and girls across Canada. Support The Exchange: Your company can support the Foundation’s signature annual fundraising event, either as a sponsor or by buying a table for employees, clients, or business partners. Either way, you’ll play an integral and visible role in an unforgettable event.

Provide in-kind support: Entrepreneurs and businesses can support the Foundation by donating in-kind services and products that help to facilitate our work.

Workplace giving programs: Companies can encourage employees to make charitable contributions by setting up a payroll deduction system or by matching employees’ donations to the Foundation.

Become a Corporate Advisory Ambassador: In this volunteer role, senior corporate leaders have the opportunity to raise awareness about the Canadian Women’s Foundation and help open new doors in their business networks. Contact us to learn more:
