Jacqueline is the Director of Stakeholder Relations for Women Building Futures (WBF) with a portfolio that includes industry relations, fund development, alumni relations and community and indigenous relations. Since joining WBF in 2014, Jacqueline has played a key role in building WBF’s presence and reputation within industry, expanding partnerships and WBF’s vision beyond Alberta’s borders. Jacqueline is known for her strategic vision combined with an ability to execute as well as her drive, curiosity, relationship building skills, compassion and integrity. Her passions are social enterprise, empowering women’s independence and freedom and fostering leadership at all levels. Jacqueline is currently part of the Gender Equity Network of Canada (GEN-C) a group of 150 female leaders supported, by the Canadian Women’s Foundation, all working to on recommendations to advance gender equity across Canada. Prior to her career at WBF, Jacqueline developed her skills in developing integral partnerships and relationship building at multiple levels with companies like Workopolis, The National Post and The Edmonton Journal. Jacqueline also is an active community volunteer with Suit Yourself, Hope Mission and The Christmas Bureau. Jacqueline loves to travel, read and learn about anything under the sun, run and spend time with her husband, friends and dog Sadie.
