Lesley has 35 years of leadership and management experience as Executive Director, project manager, department director and management consultant. She is experienced in the structures and processes for decision-making and administration within the public sector.

Lesley has also worked extensively in the not for profit and private sectors. Her work has spanned the fields of health and social services, gender equality, information technology, transportation, pharmaceuticals, education, manufacturing, film and entertainment and numerous others. She has earned a reputation for her ability to engage diverse stakeholders, facilitate group processes, build consensus and encourage creative problem solving and decision-making. She is a collaborator, team-builder and expert change agent, able to customize processes and incorporate an integrated multi-faceted approach to any intervention. She has extensive experience working across cultures, languages and settings.

As well as the principal in Lindberg Consulting, Lesley is the recent past Executive Director for Willow Place, Manitoba’s largest family violence shelter, past Co-chair of the Manitoba Association of Women’s Shelters and Past President and founding member of the Project Management Institute (PMI), Manitoba Chapter. She is a current board member of End Homelessness Manitoba, and sitting member on numerous sector councils, steering committees and advisory committees.
