Recruitment Process

Thank you for your interest in applying to the Canadian Women’s Foundation. Most of our recruitment processes take four to eight weeks in total.

Find job postings here and/or job posting websites like CharityVillage. Follow the posting instructions and send in your application by the deadline.
If selected, we will book a phone and/or first interview with you. We will ask you what accommodation/support you need for this. We will ask about your experience and answer any questions you have.
You may be asked to participate in a French-English language assessment or other relevant skills assessment. And/or we will book another interview with you to discuss your experience and expectations and share more about the role.
We will reach out to references you provide to ask about your work experience.
We will take time to discuss everything and get back to you with our decision and feedback on the process. We will present an offer the successful applicant, complete the recruitment process, make arrangements, and move into the onboarding process.
