Open Until May 31, 2021

Fill out below or on SurveyMonkey website.

Survey for: mothers living in Canada, women and gender-diverse individuals in Canada who take on unpaid caregiving roles for people in their lives (e.g. children, elders).

Purpose: We want to understand your experiences over the year and what you need to build your well-being, human rights, economic security, safety, and access to opportunities. Your answers are important. They will help us understand what you are concerned about today, what policy and practice changes will make a difference for you, and what we need to do to build gender equality and justice in Canada.

Please fill out the questions below. Answers are anonymous and are not linked to names or other identifying information. Thank you for sharing your thoughts.
