The funds will extend the contract of a service coordinator to better serve the community. The coordinator answers outreach requests, plans and facilitates group discussions, supervises drop-ins, pairs clients with a peer supporter, assists peer supporters, reviews financial aid applications, organizes monthly activities, and ensures continuity between onsite services and referrals to external providers.
