femme(at)work is a program designed to provide femme identifying folks a safe and inclusive place to gain the skills and supports needed to identify a path to employment. Participants can expect not only curriculum but access to a peer mentor who will not only be a participant in the program but provide clear guidance in best practices to instructors and participants alike.
